Sales Tax

DyseOne puchases will include sales tax based on the ship-to location and the sales tax rate in effect at the time of shipping. if the sales tax rate for the state in which your order is shipping changes before the product is shipped, the new tax rate in effect at the time of shipping will apply. the invoice that DyseOne e-mails to you will include any applicable sales tax.




Defective Items

If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any product we ship, please contact DyseOne customer service at E-Mail us at: Defective products must be reported in 3 business days after you receive the product.




Returns and Exchanges

  • All returns must be aurthorized within 30 days of purchase.
  • Please note that DyseOne only permits the return of products due to a DyseOne shipping or order processing error and that all sales are final.
  • If you have received an incorrect product due to an DyseOne shipping or order processing error, please use the following return process:
  • Please contact DyseOne customer sevice at: to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
  • If the RMA is approved, a RMA number will be issued. The support representative will also provide you with infomation on how to return the product to DyseOne
  • In order to speed up the process, the product must be returned to within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging.
  • If your return is aurthorized you will be charged for all shipping fees



Other terms and conditions

Note: Title and risk of loss to all product will pass to you upon shipment from DyseOne shipping location. However, it is our policy to replace product damaged in transit.


  • Freight charges, including those for unclaimed shipments, will be charged to the customer.
  • Refused, returned, or canceled orders will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
  • DyseOne is not responsible for typographic errors.
  • DyseOne reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at the DyseOne at any time.
  • All sales at are governed by California law, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions.
  • No DyseOne employee or agent has the authority to vary any of the DyseOne policies or the terms and conditions governing any sale
