Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email(unless stated otherwise) . You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, such as holidays or new releases.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We offer standard shipping via USPS or UPS. Shipping times typically range from 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number you can use to check the status of your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Delays and Lost Packages
We’re not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. If your package is delayed, please check your tracking link or contact the carrier directly.
If your order appears lost or hasn’t arrived after 10 business days past the expected delivery date, please reach out to us at dyse@dyseone.com and we’ll help resolve it.
